House Planner is a self-hosted planning app for private houses. It combines a true-scale 2D floor plan editor, 3D preview, satellite map overlay, utility-network layers, construction calculations, bill of materials, and versioned server-side JSON storage.

It is closer to a construction planning system than to a general 3D modeler. Use it for house/site planning; use SketchForge for individual browser-CAD parts.
