RustFS is an open-source S3-compatible object storage system written in Rust. It exposes an S3 API, includes a browser console, supports erasure-coded storage layouts, and can be used by applications that accept a custom S3-compatible endpoint.

For homelab testing, the Docker setup gives you a local S3 endpoint on port 9000 and the console on port 9001.
